Leaving things to chance or relying on applications from people who have happened to see your advert is not always the right strategy.

    To give those who have not worked with us before an opportunity to find out why we are different and the value we can bring to your organisation, we created our Triple-Point Guarantee. This gives you the confidence to try our service risk free and in the unlikely event we don’t manage to fill your position within an agreed period, we will actually pay you £500.

    This is a premium service by application only and to qualify:-

    • You must have a vacancy for a permanent position.
    • We must meet you face to face to take a full role brief and person specification and agree this is a position we can help you recruit.
    • We must be given this on an exclusive/sole agency basis for a mutually agreed period, which must be confirmed in writing.
    • If your current recruitment process with an agency is stalling, that’s fine, just bring it across.
    • Any speculative CV’s received from other sources must be forwarded to us.
    • You agree to interview our initial shortlist of candidates (maximum of 5 for any vacancy).

    In the unlikely event that things go wrong or we don’t manage to fill your vacancy – you’re covered and have the following options available:-

    1. If we don’t fill your vacancy we will pay you £500.
    2. If we have placed somebody with you, who for whatever reason doesn’t work out or leaves within 8 weeks of them starting, we provide a free replacement.
    3. If we are unable to find a satisfactory replacement we will provide a pro-rata rebate of the fee, based on the 8 week period.

    If the vacancy is offered to an internal or direct applicant the £500 payment will cease to apply.
