• Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

    Location: Derbyshire Salary: £12.00 p/h Position: Temporary

    An opportunity for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk has become available with our client based in Derby to work within busy Purchase Ledger department, reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager. Initially a 3-month contract with the potential of going on longer. Immediate start.

     

    As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you should be organised and methodical and used to working in a high volume and fast paced environment.

     

    The main duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be:

     

    • Matching GRN (Goods received notes) to invoices
    • Coding and inputting a high number of purchase ledger invoices
    • Dealing with queries
    • Supplier statement reconciliations

     

    Applicants must have recent UK purchase ledger experience. In return the offices are open plan and modern, free onsite parking, friendly and supportive team. Hourly rate is £12.00 per hour, hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch, the role is hybrid once trained 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
