Temporary Finance Administrator

Astute Recruitment are pleased to be working alongside a fantastic client, based in Pinxton, who are looking to recruit for a Finance Administrator to join their great team.
This role would be suitable for someone with great administration skills, someone who is looking to gain some finance exposure and looking for a new role that provides a variety of tasks.
This role is fixed term contract lasting for 9 – 12 months with a salary of £20,000.
Full time working hours, which will be required to work onsite, are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am – 4:30 pm on a Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch. They offer 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Inputting invoices onto the system
- Working on the sales ledger, raising and sending out invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Filling and scanning documents
- Proving support to the team
- Updating spreadsheet and other databases
- Ad hoc tasks
The ideal administrator will have:
- Some previous accounts experience would be an advantage
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- Great communication skills
- Good organisation skill being efficient and effective
