• Sales Ledger Administrator

    Location: Staffordshire Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Position: Permanent

    Astute Recruitment are recruiting for an up and coming, dynamic Sales Ledger Administrator in Burton Upon Trent. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, confident and keen to start or further their career in finance. They are looking for someone with either some previous accounts experience, or someone from a sales administration background.

     

    As a Sales Ledger Administrator, you will be responsible to:

     

    • Raise and distribute all Invoices and Credit Notes as required
    • Ensure that Mailboxes are monitored and actioned accordingly
    • Promote positive image of the Finance team to internal and external customers
    • Action all Portal Invoice Uploads as required
    • Deal with any queries from customers
    • Send out copy invoices and statements

     

    This is an office-based role, hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm with a salary of £20,000 – £22,000. The benefits of working here are 22 days holiday, which increases each year up to 25 days training and the opportunity to learn.
