• Purchase Ledger Clerk

    Location: Derbyshire Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Position: Temporary

     

    A manufacturing company based in Alfreton are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a Temporary and Permanent basis.

     

    Reporting directly into the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be responsible for:

     

    • Submit reports on invoices and purchase orders that are still outstanding
    • Process purchase ledger documents
    • Resolving queries in a timely manner
    • Managing purchase ledger accounts, including statement reconciliations
    • Submission of monthly accruals to ensure costs are captured in the correct month
    • Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with terms and queries are resolved promptly

     

    Applicants will need to have at least 2 years’ experience of working in Purchase Ledger and be confident with dealing with queries and matching and coding invoices.

     

    In return they are offering a salary of £18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience, free parking, a friendly working atmosphere and working hours of 8.30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
