• Payroll Administrator

    Location: Derbyshire Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Position: Permanent

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team at the UK Head Office of a nationwide organisation based in Derby.

    This is a position requiring full payroll experience as you will have responsibility for all aspects from start to finish, including:

    • Starters and leavers
    • All tax forms
    • Year end
    • Auto enrolment
    • RTI
    • Attachment of earnings
    • SSP, SMP, paternity pay and holidays
    • Queries

    You will be responsible for liaising directly with both employees and third parties, updating the payroll system, as well as being involved in producing costings and financial reports. As part of the team you will also be an active participant in reviewing payroll activities and ensuring compliance and adherence to up to date legislation.

    A proven track record in a payroll environment and good Excel skills are essential for this role.

    The office is in a great location and has the provision of free parking and the role is a full time 40 hours per week position with a holiday allowance of 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays.
