• Payroll Administrator – Part Time

    Location: Derbyshire Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Position: Permanent

    A growing Manufacturing business based in Ilkeston are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a permanent, part time basis:

     

    This is a part time role, 4 days week (30 Hours). The Successful candidate must be able to work a Friday and be flexible where necessary.

     

    Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your main duties will include:

     

    • Supporting the day-to-day work of the payroll service
    • Ensuring that accurate data is collected for payroll input
    • Preparing input files to be sent to an external bureau for processing of payroll
    • Checking output reports and signing off payroll for payments to be processed
    • Supporting the implementation of the Ceridian Workforce Management tool
    • Provide relevant payroll reports to HR and Finance
    • Collect relevant payroll data such as new starters, leavers, employment changes, pension changes, bank detail changes etc.

     

    Applicants will have:

     

    • Previous working experience in a Payroll position is essential
    • Experience in maintenance and administration of Payroll Systems
    • High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

     

    £18,000 – £22,000 Pro Rata
