• Part-Time Payroll Administrator (16-22 Hours per week)

    Location: Derbyshire Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 Full Time Equivalent Position: Permanent

    Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is currently looking to welcome a Part-time Payroll Administrator to join their team in Derby. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the company’s employees are paid accurately.

     

    The Part-time Payroll Administrator role would suit a candidate with payroll and administration experience.

     

    This role is 16 – 22 hours per week

     

    Key Duties:

     

    • Preparing, checking of weekly and monthly payroll
    • Ensuring the data is accurately entered and compliant to ensure the payroll can be processed correctly
    • Dealing with all starters and leavers, SSP & SMP calculations
    • Prepare weekly reports for control purposes
    • Maintenance of holiday and sick
    • Dealing with any payroll queries

     

    Key Requirements:

     

    • Previous experience in Administration and Payroll
    • Good Microsoft Excel skills preferable
    • Strong communication skills essentials
