• Ledger Administrator

    Location: Derbyshire Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 Position: Permanent

    An Alfreton based Manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Ledger Administrator to join their Finance Team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Processing and matching and coding purchase invoices
    • Liaising with management to ensure invoices are approved timely
    • Liaising with external suppliers to ensure all queries are dealt with
    • Processing sales invoices and credits
    • Uploading customer invoices
    • Take customer payments
    • General ad hoc duties as requested

    Experience in Purchase ledger and Sales ledger is preferred.

     

    In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £18,200, 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, 3% Pension contribution, Life assurance.
