• HR Advisor

    Location: Nottinghamshire Salary: £25,000 Position: Permanent

    A well established business, based in the north of Nottingham, is looking to recruit a HR Advisor. This would be a great first step into joining a friendly HR Team. This is a fast paced and varied environment, therefore your ability to multitask and prioritise is essential.

     

    Reporting into the HR Advisor, duties will include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Being the first point of contact for any staff HR queries
    • Managing the new starter and leaver process
    • Updating the HR database and running reports
    • Assisting with the recruitment process
    • Ensuring all staff records are up-to-date and accurate
    • Drafting contracts of employment and ad hoc HR letters
    • Offering support to other HR sites
    • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects

    They are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in developing their HR career, who could build active relationships with colleagues, has a high level of attention to detail and who has an approachable and professional manner.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will also be able to work efficiently to ensure the end to-end running of HR process. Proven experience as a HR Coordinator or relevant HR/administrative position is desirable.

     

    This a fully office-based position, working 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is £25,000 p/a.
