The role will provide administrative support, taking on varied duties and working with people at all levels of the business.
- Recruitment/ on boarding/ starters and leavers process/ inductions etc
- Supporting HR meetings and correspondences
- Provide support relating to training and development including reviewing training needs
- Monitoring and providing administrative support on holiday and sickness records and benefits
- Reporting figures, managing documents, updating HR systems
The ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role, be highly organised and a confident communicator. You will have previous admin or HR experience and ideally you will be working towards your CIPD.
In a return, our client is offering the salary between £26,000 – £30,000, hybrid working pattern, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, onsite gym, private dental scheme and many more.
