• HR Administrator

    Location: Nottinghamshire Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Position: Temporary

     

    A growing Engineering Business based near Bulwell are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a Temporary – Permanent basis.

    Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for;

    • Conducting a full audit on all information held about employees.
    • Generating and issuing audit documents to all employees.
    • Managing and processing all returned data
    • Production of reporting statistics both on a regular basis and as appropriate.
    • Demonstrate a continual improvement approach
    • Provide support to the HR Managers with any projects or initiatives as required
    • Support the HR integration activities

    They are looking for someone with strong administration skills, strong attention to detail and experience in implementing and driving process changes. The role is paying up to £22,000, depending on experience. Hours of work of work at 9am – 5:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
