Credit Controller (Temporary)

An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a forward-thinking company in Derby on a 12-month contract. This is a great opportunity for a Credit Controller with experience to join a friendly team within a growing company.

Responsibilities will include:

• Deciding on credit and payment terms for new and existing debtors
• Responsibility for cash collections within terms
• Compile weekly receipts forecasts
• Compile and act upon debtors aged listing reports
• Apply and review credit insurance cover as required
• Report on bad debts and debtor days
• Be able to understand and deliver information from our accounting system
• Responding to queries by our Sales team and customers via phone and e mail
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all our customers
• Facilitating the effective resolution of invoice related queries
• Accounts reconciliations, generate invoices
• Liaise with other offices Globally and other internal teams locally to ensure efficient order flows

This is an office-based position, with flexi hours (37.5 hours per week), with the potential to work 1 day from home, once trained. The successful Credit Controller will receive a salary of £25,000 – £28,000 alongside 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and onsite free parking.
