• Accounts Assistant – Fixed Term Contract

    Location: Nottinghamshire Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Position: Contract

    Our client based in Mansfield is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 9 – 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Working in a friendly environment and reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, inputting payroll and chasing outstanding debt.

     

    Your main duties will include:

     

    • Processing a high volume of invoices
    • Nominal coding
    • Chasing credit notes
    • Chasing outstanding debt
    • Ensuring spreadsheets are kept up to date
    • Ensuring timesheets are all entered correctly and signed off by managers
    • Any other adhoc duties

     

    Our client is offering a salary between £18,000 – £20,000, free parking on site and 34.5 hours a week. If you are immediately available or on a short notice period, then please do submit your CV for immediately consideration.
