Location: Ashby-De-La-Zouch
This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified Management Accountant to progress their career with a UK group company. You will be working as part of an established and busy team assisting with the delivery of accurate and timely financial information.
Your role:
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Assist in preparing quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets
- Produce weekly sales profit and cashflow forecasts
- Ensure all reconciliations are carried out monthly and internal controls are maintained in line with group internal audit requirements
- Assist in preparing margin analysis on an ongoing basis
- Assist with reconciliation of stock and maintain assets
Your background:
- Experience in a similar Management Accountant role is key
- You should be recently qualified or studying ACCA or CIMA
- Have experience in working in a busy finance department and show willingness to learn new skills
- Possess strong Excel skills
- You should be result focused, able to resolve problems, and be able to build relationships at varied levels
