“I first applied to a role that was advertised with Astute having never had any interaction with them before, I spoke to Mary and she really took out the time to get to know me first as a person something I found in my job search to be quite unique. Most recruiters would speak to me for around 5-10 minutes at most, I believe I spoke to Mary initially for around an hour.
